Qualquer entidade da rede do Sistema Nacional de Qualificações (SNQ) pode desenvolver qualificações do Catálogo Nacional de Qualificações com recurso à metodologia de formação a distância (e-learning). No caso das entidades formadoras privadas certificadas pela Direção Geral do Emprego e das Relações do Trabalho (DGERT), é ainda necessário que sigam os requisitos específicos referidos no Referencial de Certificação da DGERT para a formação a distância (e-learning).
No que diz respeito à formação que dá acesso a profissões ou atividades profissionais regulamentadas, e tendo em conta as medidas excecionais e temporárias relativas à situação epidemiológica do novo Coronavírus – COVID 19, devem as entidades consultar as autoridades competentes que regulam o acesso a profissões ou atividades profissionais regulamentadas, no sentido de solicitar a correspondente autorização, nos termos previstos no n.º 6 do artigo 9.º do Decreto-lei n.º 10-A/2020, de 13 de março. As autoridades competentes atrás referidas estão identificadas nas qualificações do CNQ que possibilitam o acesso a profissões ou atividades regulamentadas, e podem também ser consultadas a partir da página: https://www.dgert.gov.pt/profissoes-regulamentadas-e-autoridades-competentes.

Whenever the conditions for maintaining the remote activities of the Qualifica Center are guaranteed, which enable the continuity of registrations, lifelong guidance or RVCC processes, the Qualifica Centers must organize the work in order to ensure the response to adults, using the available online resources.
In school RVCC processes, including complementary training, maintaining the distance activity of the Qualifica Centers makes it possible to monitor the development of the adults’ portfolios, by the team, and in particular the trainers. Synchronous contacts schedule
For adults who are in the RVCC process, we will define the schedules according to the common availability of candidates and team, with a minimum frequency of one session per week.
